University professors have never been known for a lack of opinion on virtually all subjects. Retired professor emeriti are even worse. Generally what they have to say is critical, without constructive suggestions for improvement!

However, at the risk of improving our (my) public persona, I have wanted to offer a supportive letter and thank your firm for years of tax planning, timely filing, and general business expertise. I particularly value the expeditious handling of all IRS questions, returned phone calls and lack of last minute panic each April.
